Safari Pictures (?)
June 27, 2010The following pictures I took at Tampa’s Busch Gardens (which, if you’re unfamiliar with, is a safari-themed amusement park in Florida). I was going tell you I’d been secretly traveling the world, then realized the roller coaster picture might give it away.
Took them with a disposable camera then just made them a little more analog looking in PS, will upload more later.
As far as what I’d been listening to.. have you ever heard of Chicha Libre?

This one is about a kid in high school whose forced to comply with parents, other kids, religion, etc, and who doesn’t really like it. Also might be based loosely on The Graduate. Kind of happy about how the piano bits turned out..

Once upon a time I was a kid who did nothing but go to shows and buy vinyl at them with the hard earned money that I made as a – wait for it – grocery store bagger. All of that sentence is completely (and unfortunately) true. Grocery store bagging = the worst job ever (especially when elderly women ask you to bag everything double and separately). (more…)
